Dr. Richard Berg — Experienced San Luis Obispo Radiologist

Dr. Richard Berg is an experienced radiologist based in San Luis Obispo, California. While working with Community Medical Imaging and Wishon Radiology Group in Fresno, Dr. Richard Berg’s duties encompassed analyzing CT scans, MRI, ultrasound and radiographs as well as the results of various other medical imaging technologies.

Before his time at Community Medical Imaging, Dr. Berg practiced radiology for 14 years at the Medical Imaging Center of San Luis Obispo, an outpatient medical imaging facility. At the same time, he also functioned as a consultant to California Polytechnic University, California Men’s Colony, and Atascadero State Hospital.

An alumnus of San Diego State University with a BA in biology, Dr. Berg received his MD from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago. He subsequently completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Southern California Medical Center, a residency in diagnostic radiology at the West Los Angeles Veterans Medical Center,/UCLA and a fellowship in body imaging at the UCI Medical Center and Long Beach Memorial Hospital.
